Christmas at the Pharis Farm is on Sunday December 5th from 4pm to 8pm. Pharis Farm will host an open house featuring:

• Civil War-era holiday decor,
• music & costumed intreperters.

Refreshments will be served in the 1820’s cabin. This is a FREE event. Tour the recently renovated Pharis farm home. Built in the 1850’s, the two-story brick farm home will be decorated for Christmas.

The 29th Annual Weston Candlelight Homes Tour is going on now until Sunday December 5th. See 3 homes and 2 lofts. Keeping with Weston tradition, Father Christmas, in his holiday splendor, will light up the streets and welcome you to our town to tour our homes.

The Tree Lighting Ceremony at Legends Outlets will be on Saturday November 20th this year. There will be live music by local musicians from six popular bands and lots of fun things to do.

7:00 p.m.: NBC Meteorologist Brett Anthony and Santa Claus emcee the lighting ceremony and countdown to a holiday tree decorated with a unique display of animated lights synchronized to music.

13th Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Leawood City Hall will be on November 22nd at 6pm. Join Leawood Mayor, Peggy Dunn, for holiday caroling, refreshments, and lights as the City of Leawood kicks off the holiday season by illuminating City Hall during the 13th Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony.

Performing this year will be:

• the Leawood Singers,
• the Church of the Resurrection Youth Choir, and
• the Mission Trail Elementary School Choir.

The Mayor will hit the lights at 6:00 p.m. followed by light refreshments served in the foyer of City Hall.

The event is sponsored by Commerce Bank.
