There are many homeowners facing foreclosure right here in the Kansas City Metro area. Many of them have lost their jobs and are finding it hard to get new jobs despite all the job fairs going on. Today, homeowners who are facing foreclosure or are afraid that they might be facing foreclosure and not be able to keep up with their current mortgage payments have a chance to talk to experts. NBC Action News will have certified HUD foreclosure experts available to answer your questions and help you avoid foreclosure. You can ask any questions about how to save your home from foreclosure. These experts are there to offer help and advice for free today. They can even help you modify your loan and mortgage. There will be HUD certified experts, Legal Aid experts and more. There will be people from El Centro as well for Spanish speaking homeowners. Se habla Espanol.  This is a chance to find out how to save your home and avoid foreclosure for free!

Who can get help?

Any homeowners can all and discuss their situations. This is not a low-income program, it is an all-income program.  The help is free and 85 percent of homeowners qualify for the help.
