Wellington is a city in Lafayette County, Missouri, which is located about 35 miles east of Kansas City MO. It is part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. It is a small community. Coming up this summer is the Wellington Community Fair with lots of family fun. Starting June 11th and ending on June 13th, there will be food stands, a carnival, parades, entertainment, a car show, exhibits, crafts and much more! Admission is free so come and enjoy!
