Bethel Baptist Church Fall Harvest Festival is this Saturday October 24th starting at 11am. This is Bethel Baptist Church’s Annual Fall Festival. There will be free games, kids carnival games, sack race, pie eating contest, pumpkin patch, arts and craft booths, food, & fun! See Roger and Michelle for info on how you can help. Rain out date of October 31, 11am to 3pm. This is a free event so come out and enjoy yourself. It will be a fun event for the entire family.

Parktoberfest 2009 is coming up on Saturday October 10th in Parkville, MO. Enjoy an Entertainment festival while raising funds to help improve Parkville’s public parks. Come and join in for a fun afternoon and evening enjoying music, friends, wonderful local food & drink, games and activities — knowing you are making a difference in your community! All proceeds from the festival go toward a phased plan of capital improvements to the park facilities, helping the city of Parkville continue to be a pleasant destination for citizens and visitors, and by extension, improving the general KC area’s reputation for beautiful places to live with great things to see and do.

Kansas City Pagan Pride Day

The Kansas City Pagan Pride Day (KCPPD) event is this Saturday August 29th from 10am to 6pm. This is a family festival for celebrating being Pagan. The Elvendrums will be on hand to bless us with a live performance. This is a free event. This event has been around since 1999, providing Kansas City a community hub for networking and the meeting of new as well as old friends.
