Get your running/walking shoes on and join the first Royals 5K Run/Walk at Kauffman Stadium this Labor Day weekend on Saturday, September 5, 2009! A portion of the proceeds from this event support the Autism Alliance of Greater Kansas City. This fundraising event is presented by AT&T and Hy-Vee. Don’t miss out! The run/walk is capped at 2500 participants and they expect a sold out crowd. There will be no race day registration.

Registration dates and fees

There is still time to register for this Royals Run and Walk event. $35 during packet pick-up September 3 & 4
(No Race Day Registration)

Late registration and packet pick-up times are:

• Thursday, September 3 from noon – 7 p.m.
• Friday, September 4 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Saturday, September 5 from 6:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.

Which organizations does this event benefit?

Proceeds from the Royals 5K Run/Walk will benefit the Autism Alliance of Kansas City and Royals Charities.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to:

• the top male and female finishers and to
• the top three finishers in each age bracket.

Awards will be distributed following the race in the Outfield Plaza Party area.
